NIAM JAIN: ARTIST

At the age of 15, Niam Jain has achieved a level of respect and recognition in North American art circles typically reserved for much older artists. His early and current work is acknowledged as significant contributions to Gestural Abstract Art and Abstract Expressionism. Collectors across  North America have come to value his unique talents. Diagnosed at an early age with autism, Niam has limited verbal ability and comprehension. Yet, each layer of his many-layered works powerfully expresses his inner feelings and concepts, with each completed work representing a full story. He paints with abandon, the colours seeming to explode onto the canvas, each stroke bold and impassioned, each dab full of both energy and purpose. All of his works present a world full of emotion and detail in which the viewer soon becomes consumed.
