This painting is Acrylic on wood using professional artist grade paint - Golden and Tri-Art.   It is 24 inches x 24 inches.

This painting has many layers. Layer one was done when Niam was home with the stomach flu. He painted the layers as he was getting better. The final layer has pink flowers on the left hand side corner. To his family, it seems Niam painted flowers as he was getting better to reflect his feelings. Niam was unable to share with us in words how he felt as he was recovering but was able to tell us through his artwork.
