What is an Ambassador of Ability?

An Ambassador of Ability, put simply, is one who serves as an advocate for accessibility, inclusion and empowerment within an organization. They are an embodiment of organizational values, putting those intentions into action through representation with the goal of better aligning organizational brand with values of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Why Niam Jain?

Since emerging as an artist at the age of twelve, Niam Jain has become a prominent and recognizable figure within the neurodiverse community. His rise to success is showcased in the book “The Game Changer”, encouraging our new young leaders to be wholly inclusive, and inspiring them to reach their full potential. Jain’s story challenges societal boundaries, demonstrating that Autistics can and should be valued as contributing members of society.

Autism, combined with limited verbal abilities, does not deter Niam Jain from communicating a strong positive message of diversity, equity and inclusion within – and on behalf of – partnering organizations. Through their association with Jain, these organizations have demonstrated a commitment to corporate citizenship responsibilities – to enhancing society for the better. And, by extension, these organizations have benefited from a more positive brand expression throughout Niam’s extensive network and fanbase.
