I, Niam's mom, grew up with Prince, his music, loved the movie Purple Rain, fascinated by his aura, I followed him religiously, wearing ruffled clothing in my teenage years and afavourite purple dress, celebrating his creative genius when he changed his name to a Symbol, a representation of love and gender equality, a historically bold move. Hearing of his death spun me in a nostalgic remembrance of him, watching countless videos of the icon with Niam at my side. Niam watched and listened to Prince for days.

Niam unlocks his world through his artwork. He has minimal specech and expresses his inner most feelings, private thoughs and expressions through his artwork.
